Question Death wobble

After going out offroading one day, i started to get the death wobble. What all causes this, is there one thing i can replace, such as ball joints, instead of the whole steering, to get it back to normal. Right now it is so bad that i can't even drive it any more. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Search for it. Planman had a nice writeup. It's been discussed many many times.

Avoid driving it if you can.

Check the torque with a torque wrench on the trackbar bolts, and then the rest of the suspension.

I also recommend while you try to fix it that you report this very dangerous issues here..

More than likely it is your Track Bar, It should be torque to at least 125ft lbs while the vehicle is setting on the ground.
