If your state has vehicle inspections, part of the inspection may be proper functioning speedometer/odometer. If they put a fresh inspection sticker on the Jeep you have a pretty solid case against them. Court fees cost more than a procal, so they should cave in.
I have seen the dealer throw in a Procal as part of a sale on a buddy's JK. Purchased it with lift, tires, front bumper...everything! To include lockers. I told him that he would need a programmer and out came the Procal from the glove box. Replied with "is this what you are talking about" Dealer told him he would need it for all the mods that were done to it.

Wow, thanks a lot guys! I love this forum, it's just ask and you shall receive. Would their be more benefits to doing the super chip or whatever then the procal or do they both do the same and how much more expensive is the super chip?

Procal is $150.00. Superchip is $329.00.

I'm using Procal on my 2012 JK and it is very easy to use.

+1 more for procal. Super easy. I might suggest to the dealer that they refund you whatever they charged you for the correction since it didn't do the trick. Then apply this money to the procal.

For what it's worth...I downloaded a speedo app on my iPhone and checked it against my procal corrected speedo with my 315/70/17 tires and it was spot on.

I too have a Procal. Actually, I bought it from HappyCurmudgeon. One of the best things I ever got for the Jeep. Very easy to use and worth the cost.

I went with the super chips. I found one in the classifieds here on jk-forum. I have noticed a big increase in fuel economy. I run 93 octane and got about 17 mpg on my ride down to work. I barely got that when my jeep was bone stock..

Its not the dealers fault you put 35s on your Jeep. That just sounds like a good way to tick them off and make them flag your vehicle. Just buy the procal.
