Again I was under the assumption that the Skyjcaker shocks are hydrogas filled.. (Unless this is the same thing) which Daystar includes in their kit.. but with Daystar own decals (scorpion) there isn't any valve..
Da10A I was thinking the same thing.. a different approach and seeing how my wife's company has a fab shop.. it's nothing for them to throw a set of these for us.. assuming and when they have time.. My next project would be to have then work up a set of wheel spacers.. oh and Da10A.. if successful we might have a few extra of these blocks for other who need them..

Probably negligible, but spacing the sway bar mounts in this way moves them into a slightly more vulnerable position and reduces your clearance by a small amount. Kind of like the IFS lift kit blocks on pickup trucks.

How much weight are you honestly looking at? 3lbs a piece? A gallon of gas weighs nearly 7lbs. If you're worried about this minimal amount of weight just don't top off your gas tank. Or are you talking 30lbs a piece? Then you've still really got nothing to worry about (weight wise). My 100lb bumper only squatted the stock suspension .5". You'll be fine wherever you decide to mount these monster brackets.

These spacers are not required and this is the only kit I have seen that uses them. Most people will install longer rear sway bar links and move the rears to the front for a 2" lift. That or people will by front quick disconnects at the right length for the lift height. Daystar does it this way to save money, thats it. A plastic spacer and longer bolts are all that is really needed and is cheap. If you go start milling aluminum or stainless steel the cost would be more then a simple set of links.
What you should be looking at in the end is when you have the lift installed getting the sway bar level or slightly above level when at rest. You are spending a lot of time and effort over a non issue.

I agree with Dirtman. Not trying to be a dick, but you're putting excessive thought in to a leveling kit install. Get adjustable sway bar links for the front and use the spacers/blocks for the rear. I haven't seen any kits made for lowering the front sway bar mount probably due to clearance issue.
You should figure out the cause of the death wobble before installing the spacers. Changing the ride height won't make the DW any better.
