Possibly, mine didn't break during installation nor was it hard to install. What took long for me was putting back the 35" spare

Mine work just fine... They were actually pretty easy to install.

Very possible. If it ever comes up, call Daystar with a copy of your receipt. I'm sure they'll take care of you.

That's too bad. I bought 3 sets of these a few years back for our Jeeps and had no problems . They are still on our jeeps today.

I got the daystar bump stops on the previous JK and same issue ... couldn't get them in for the life of me until I broke one and they wouldn't return it since it was opened and broken. Even tried lubing the crap out of it prior.
