Daystar front and rear UCA and LCA
Has anyone bought this kit that's less than 900$ delivered???
It just seems too good to be true seeing how RK arms are almost 300 a pair.
I have already learned my font buy cheap stuff from my rough country lift so I don't want to repeat but I have heard good things about daystar!!

I bought the full set of Daystar LCA and UCA. The only complaint I have is the front LCA are built differently from everyone else's design...the arms thus fit awkwardly. I can explain more if you send a PM.
In addition, you will want to purchase Daystar's assembly press. You have to assemble the joints and this tool plus a strong snap-ring plier are essential. These also use Daystar's special grease at about $16 for a small cartridge.

Johnny joints all around (except for front upper arm attachment to front axle). As I recall the Johnny joints are 2+ inches in diameter (I would have to check but they are beefy). Each one uses two Daystar polyurethane inserts as bearing surface halves around the steel ball in each joint. These are held in place with matched washers and large internal circlips. Bolts are drilled to deliver grease from zerk on hex head directly to center of the joint. Nice setup that way and impressive design quality. Easy to disassemble / clean if ever necessary. Tubes accommodate 1" x 14 SAE threaded rod for adjustment. Front UCA is one size smaller
I personally think the GEOMETRY of the front LCA could and should be improved. The two ends are NOT in a parallel plane to each other, but the JK's front LCA mounting brackets are. This puts the front LCA Johnny Joints at an odd angle. Never could get a straight answer from Daystar about why- except it seems to work.
Otherwise they articulate easily and smoothly. I get the impression that DAYSTAR has someone else build these arms for them, but they are probably low volume and don't get a lot of attention.
If they corrected the front LCA design I would give them a full thumbs up. Since they haven't corrected the design, I don't talk about it unless someone asks. But it does grind on me...

Yes, absolutely adjustable. I used them to correct my rear pinion angle, and my front caster. The professional shop that did my alignment found them straightforward to adjust.
The other benefit is the way the ride and handling tightened up, and the elimination of drivetrain slop with my manual transmission.
