I haven't read of anyone buying an open diff for a rubi housing.
For lockers, your options are:
Factory E-locker : 1400+
35sp ARB : 1000-ish for the locker, requires air source and 35sp shafts
Ox locker : 850-900 for the locker, plus the shifter kit, plus air source if you choose air actuation. (but, it is 30sp, so you can use the stock shafts)

You can get the factory harness for $100.00 and takes less than a couple hours to install. This will give you the factory waterproof plug at the axle and if you have a 2007-1010 you can install the factory switch get the pcm flashed and you are good to go for less than $200.00. The other route is to get a relay and switch and wire it up yourself cost less than $50.00
Saw in your profile you have a 2007 so I would get the harness and switch from Jeep or Quadratec. This will also allow you to run the sway bar too if you decide to go that route.

You could buy the factory wiring harness and switches and I think the dealership can flash the computer to make it work. But lots of people are just bypassing that garbage and wiring direct to a switch. There should be a write-up or two around here somewhere.
beat me to it...
