Dana 44 axle swap

So has anyone out there swap there dana 30 for a 44? Looking at quadratec's mopar axle kit, seems like a better investment than just locking my 30. is it difficult to install im somewhat limited on tools.

Several have done it. Search it out as there are several threads about it with helpful info. The D44 swap is a good option, just make sure your JK already has 4.10 gears.
