Dana 30 Upgraded Need Further Advise
My Front Dana 30 and has the following
ARB Air Locker RD 100 (27 SPLINE)
ARB Diff Cover
C2 Front Axle Reinforcements Gussets
Off Road EVO Front Control Arm Skids
Axle Gear Ratio 4:10
Running 35 MTZ
After doing a search I think the only thing i can chage is Axle Shafts but unfortunately i can only go to 27 spline....So What is the best Axle Shafts I can get?
Is there a write up on replacing the stock Axle Shafts anywhere? I have never replaced shafts before....

i'd go 4.88s for 35s.
i got myself some alloy usa chromoly shafts from northridge. they have the spicer 760 u-joint (same ones that come on the D44 shafts). So far so good, but i dont get stupid with the skinny pedal.
i also went with superior aluminum, greasable axle seals.
there is a write up for changing d44 shafts and it's exactly the same for the d30.
good luck
