I went with the Dynatrac because
1. Friend had a awesome warranty experience with Dynatrac
2. The Tera44 hasnt been out very long
3. The Teraflex was either sold out or not available yet.
4. Dynatrac has a proven track record with the PR44
5. Dynatrac came with ball joints of my choosing at a discounted price versus buying them separately

Thanks for the input on the axel I'm still undecided but I have found a set of Dana 60's that I came get reasonable so the 60's on some 40's may not be out of the question yet

TereFlex vs Pro Rock
One big thing that swayed me to the Pro Rock 44 was the tube thickness alone. The Pro Rock I have is a half an inch thick and the TereFlex is half that. I know it adds weight but so do the bumpers and all the other add-ons. At least its weight down below the vehicle that would in affect make it more stable. If I'm not mistaken a Dana 60 axle is a half an inch thick!!
I'm just glad a company made a bolt in axle for that specific vehicle. It went in easy and takes care of the week link that Jeep comes with. It should be an option when you order the Jeep.

Wondering if you made a decision? I'm in the same boat but seriously considering PROROCK44 for all the reasons posted. I own an 07 unlimited X and I want to get new axles front and rear but mainly front to start. One big thing that's got me thinking though is gearing. From what I've researched, 5.13 is the lowest safe gearing you could go with in a D44, including prorock. I'm wondering if 5.13 is gonna cut it with 37in tires. I'd hate to spend all this money only to find out there's no power to rock crawl. I live in NM, high desert 5000+ altitude and a lot of where I wheel like Colorado rockies is at even higher elevations. I have 35s right now with 4.10 and the thing can barely move on the rocks with the rubi t-case I've swapped in. I know I'll gain power back when moving to 5.13 but will it be acceptable when I go to 37s?

Someone commented that the sixty doesn’t add four inches to the width. I stand corrected, it adds three inches. Right from the Dynatrac web page. The pro rock 60 "minimum" width is 68.5 and the 44 is 65.5. Still more than I wanted to add to tires already poking out of the wheel wells.
