Thanks for all the help guys.
Last night I stopped off and bought the stuff needed. However, when I got under there to start my splicing, I noticed that there was a lot of wire there, but in the wrong place.
So, I decided to unclip everything and route the driver's side wire down under the frame instead of over it. By doing this all three wires (ABS, and both e-lockers) have plenty of extra length for droop. I zip tied it in a few places to keep it out of harms way, and the pitman arm does *touch* it at full crank, but it looks like it will work!
I might try this on the passenger's side too, but if memory serves me correctly the ABS wire on that side was long enough.
