Be careful when you cut it. My first cut went perfect, the second rode off to the outside, broke the blade at the shank and took me about 45minutes to get straight. This is with the rough country end caps.

I used the VDP stubby kit. I love how it turned out and it was really easy to do. It took me like 10 minutes and I was done. I'll have to try and get better pics.

I too used the VDP's. Fast, cheap and easy. And they are strong. I hit a deer in Nov. her head and front shoulder took out my grill, her back took out my passenger side fender and my wheel took out some of her hair. But the bumper was fine and the cap did not budge. Click image for larger version
