I think 33" and flatties or cut fenders look good and purpose built, but I have always liked function over form. My guess is tho that if you take a 35" tired rig with a lift kit the 33" with flatties will get most of the same places just not as comfortable because the guys wallet will be so thick it will make his ass sore from sitting on it LOL.
