So I've been watching Craigslist for some 2dr Rubi rails and it's like trying to find hen's teeth.

There is an abundance of 4 door rails though.

Can I just use my chop saw to cut down some 4dr ones and still have the brackets line up for my 2dr ?

Yes you can. Hskr4x4 was doing it for a while, he had a stash built up and basically owned the market in his area. Line up the front then chop from the rear.

Yes the first 2 mounting positions are the same 2/4 door.
I have a set ill let go for $75 plus shipping if interested?

I would not pay (offer) more than $75 for stock rails. Kind of a bad time of year to get takeoffs, prices and supply will be better in spring if you can wait for people modifying their rigs.
Left coast...more 2 door rails, not much help as shipping would kill ya. Wait for a good deal!!!
