Default Cut the Rocker guards

Hey guys I am looking at buying a set of used rubi rails for a 4 door, however I have a 2 Door. I am wondering if these can be trimmed down to fit on a 2 Door? Has anyone tried this? Thanks for the help.

unless you're willing to remove the brackets and weld them back on the right point of the rails an then cut them to size. I say just be patient, and wait till someone sells the 2 door ones.
