I wish i could but i dont have the knowledge to do so. I can work on mostly everything but i have no business welding or coming up with my own kit. Thats why i like the genright kit. I can do everything myself except the welding. Figured id have my buddy who is a master mobile welder handle that part and id take it from there.

Anybody running the rock jock 60's? I would like to hear what you think of them or if you have had any issues with them bending/breaking?

Since ive been waiting on some more replies i started a thread on another forum. So far all ive got are guys saying that i need to do a pro rock 44 over a currie or even the ultimate dana's from dana. Just doesn't make since why you would put a pro rock 44 in when you can do a 60 from currie or dana for about the same $$.

Exactly. The PR44 is a mystery to me. Overhyped and insanely overpriced. There's nothing magical about it. It's a freaking D44 with larger tubes. That's it. Yet, they'll drop $5k on it all day long. Better still are the guys with Rubicons who swap their D44 for a PR44.

Which ones do you like better? The dana's or curries?

I had a Rock Jock 60 in the rear of a 2004 TJ. I ran 37s and never had any problems with it bending. The differential cover seal tended to seep oil the whole time I owned it. I replaced a seal once, then changed to using just silicone for a seal, and nothing really worked. It never seeped enough to leave a drop of oil under the Jeep, just enough to keep the differential moist with oil, so it was always dirty.

I had a Pro Rock 44 on my first JK, and never had any problems with the axle. But I agree with the others, why change from a Dana 44 to a Pro Rock 44? I did it because I bought it used (very slightly used). It had been on a Jeep long enough to take photos for a magazine, then came back off, and I bought it for half price.

I have Pro Rock 60s on my JK now. I like the Pro Rock 60s the best.

But, ... if I were starting over right now, I would go with the Dana 60s that Dana is making, and save myself some money. I think they may be even a better option than the Pro Rocks.
