Default Currie Anti-rock Off-road Sway Bar

Has anyone had any experience with using this type of sway bar in place of disconnects? What are the "good" and "bad" points?

I had one on my TJ. it is awesome. It limits your total flex but it maintains the useful amount of flex. Much more stable than discoed. As money allows, I will get front and rear for my JK.

what do you think having more on-road sway is going to do to the esp sensors?

I had the front Anti-Rock on my TJ and loved it! I have the front & rear on my JK:

The good and bad points have already been mentioned. My JK is supposed to be delivered from AEV this week. Hopefully, I will be able to add my experience with the Anti Rocks on the JK soon.

This thread has some info as well:

I am leaning toward this set-up. On-road sway I am not too worried about. A Jeep is not built to be running down the road at a blazing speed then diving into a corner, so a little more body roll in a turn is not a big deal to me.

Thanks for the feedback.

I will also be getting the Antiroc at least for the front. I had mine set up soft on my 04 unlimited. Made it a little interesting on the street, but I mostly only drove it offroad and some weekends. Just makes you plan alittle more on turns. That green Jeep from AEV is BAD ASS!

I personally believe you need to know your vehicle and if you pu t it in a situation where it might roll, you should have known better. KNOW YOUR LIMITS.

Congrats on the AEV. It looks awesome! I tried to talk the wife into an AEV conversion for her Commander but no dice. Does anyone make a dual rate sway bar for the JK? I have never seen one. I was going to do the Currie Anti Rock as well.

Thanks. I know TeraFlex was/is working on a dual rate sway bar. I am not sure if it is available yet.
