I'm sorry it broke on you. Hopefully, it didn't ruin your day. I'm curious what the mitigating factors were in the breakage. For example, was there wheel spin with sudden traction?

That bites. I don't remember anybody ever sayin they were unbreakable, though.

Both front and rear can snap in the wrong situation. Ask Chuck45. High Dive on Behind the Rocks took one of each of'em from him. That warranty is nice. I believe he had'em replaced within the week. No questions asked.

DId you think they were unbreakable?

Also were you in reverse when it broke?

Oh by the way your replacement shaft will be here tommorrow

It is very uncommon for these shafts to be the weak link. Usually, other parts fail before the chomoly axle shafts (gear ring teeth, locker, driveshafts, u-joints, etc.).
I wholeheartedly agree, but still...nobody makes the "unbreakable" statement. Although the "lifetime warranty" is damn close.

well everything is breakable

were you being winched backwards there? It looks like the winch is connected to a tow strap?
