Creative Cargo Carriers - Any Ideas?
I have a UWS receiver rack and want something lockable, durable, water proof, removable and theft resistant to secure to the rack for construction hand tools (5 gallon bucket height min.). Anybody got any creative ideas? I have looked at expensive 48" truck boxes, modeled plastic containers, foot lockers, etc. Any thoughts or examples are appreciated.

Just for anyone looking, I decided to buy a poly Contico Tuff Bin and stick on the back of my reciever rack. Worked great and kept my tools dry on 2.5 hours worth of interstate travel. It is lockable but nothing a motivated hammer could not undue, so I am going to get some lock lanyards to secure it that would loop across the top of the box in a criss-cross manner. Worth a look if you dont want to break the bank on a tractor supply diamond plate 48" box.
