They were not the wrong lug nuts.... The studs for the POS spacers were 7/16" instead of 1/2" like the studs on the hubs. They had the correct size lug nuts for the spacer studs. I had to buy all new lug nuts also to go with new 1/2 studs that I am installing into spacer.

Thanks to the info from T.F. I checked the rear wheels today when I was replacing the studs and the rear studs (factory) were hitting the inside of the rear wheels through the spacers. I ground them down about 1/8" and they are fine now.
