Default Couple wheel questions before i bite

Im really getting these so this is my last wheel question =) sorry...

Jeep 4x4 center has these:

American Eagle Wheel 1378 Series
WHEEL, SUPER FINISH BLACK 17X10 AMERICAN EAGLE

Center Cap Included
Size: 17x8
Pattern : 5 on 5
Lug Type: Acorn
Offset: -4 mm
BSM: 4.25
Load: 2100 Lbs.

2007 JEEP WRANGLER JK
Jeep Parts # 1378-8050

Im looking at getting 33 inch tires that are 11.5 - 12.5 wide. Would it rub and still need spacers?

With those tires I'd go with the 8" rim. The 10" might look a little stretched.

I'm doing research on putting 33's on also. From most the threads i have read you will not likely experience rub with stock height, and if you do it will only occur during full lock.

I'm going to go ahead and get mine and they are 33.3" pirnelli dirt grips. If there is rub no big deal, a 2" suspension lift is only 275$ give or take.
