Default Could OME shock mounts be hitting frame?

I have been searching for the cause of a noise upon hitting deep potholes. When I look at where the top of the shock mount is I think I see some small contact points above it on the frame above one of the threads. There isn't muchg clearance there. Is that possible? Anyone with the OME kit see this?

I haven't noticed this at all... no contact marks on mine. However, I try and avoid hitting any potholes. It is tight, maybe try and get a picture, and maybe we can figure it out.

The more I look at it, it seems unlikely that the mount could flex that much. At full flex from the side the distance doesn't change.

Is the noise coming from the front or the back?

Don't forget to check that driveshaft boot, as that has been popping up more and more, especially on the two doors.

I was getting it from the front and it finally left me alone when I replaced the stock steering stabilizer.
