Default Cost for getting hard top painted

I have a 2 door jk hard top I wanna get it re painted. Has anyone had there's done and what did you pay?

Color match or not ? I think the local paint place out here wanted 550 Ish.. I bought a lift instead

Well I know going price here is about 500. Not knowing where you live it could be way different. I know when I got mustang painted in Detroit area it cost me about 1000 bucks, and my buddy in Fl got his vet done for 550. Go to your local body shop only way you will get a real price

You have to be careful painting the hardtop I was told by a local body shop that they could not guarantee the paint would stick especially considering I wheel it pretty hard and tree branches would be scraping against it when I was considering color matching my 09 so I bought a 13 Rubi instead

X2. It will save a ton of money, and be easy to touch up. Bedliner is a good option too.

I think the op is thinking it will look like the factory color matched tops. if that's the case, its going to take prep work to remove the texture and smooth out the top

can the top be bedliner sprayed, inside & outside and still fit back together watertight ??
