The more research I do, I can get a conversion kit from River Raider to make all the JK electronics work, get a shave kit from Ballistic and have a rear axle that's alot stronger than a D60 AND have more ground clearance and a less money.. Think I should upgrade the axles too and are the standard axles that come with the C14 more than good enough?

have you considered a sterling out of a 99+ f250/350. I used to run a lifted f250 and regularly loaded or rather overloaded it full of roofing and other materials and never had a problem, plus I think there are a ton of gearing options due to the large amount of people lifting superduties.

C14 Front and Rear
I like that people are talking about the C14 in JK's now. I love the strength of the C14 and have been planning on going C14 rear for sure and may even do a front build. Cause they are one of the cheaper axles to build. The Front I am in the air about still. It would be awesome. Cost may be a problem and I am not really clear on is the ring and pinion and the rotation change when making it a front axle? Extreme 4x4 did it on there show, but they did not spend much time on front steer applications.
