Corbeau Baja Seats, 4 point harness and Rock Hard harness bar - any ideas?

Corbeau Baja Seats, 4 point harness and Rock Hard harness bar - any ideas?
All,
I have Corbeau Baja seats and Corbeau 4 point harnesses. I have the rock hard sport cage and harness bar, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to make it all work. if you clip into the harness bar, then there is tons of slack that you can bring real in, but it always comes loose. You can't take off the clip as it is a single piece. Anybody else do this combo or am I the guinea pig?
