Default Control arms which do I choose?

I have a 2008 Sahara with a 4" lift and 35" tires. What I wanna know is what type of control arms are good for my Jeep? Are long arms better than short? Do I really need long or are short ones ok for my type of wheeling. I'm a moderate off roader and its only a out once a month. I go to places like Cleghorn, Big Bear or even Calico. I don't know if I need long or should I just go short. If long is better in a "long" run maybe I should go there? Help me!

This is like asking what is the best tire. Start looking at all the major companies. Fine a couple you like and search for reviews on here. Long arm vs short arm had a huge debate not to long ago on here.

I am a broke student so I don't have them yet. If I were to buy them for a 4 inch lift.... I would go for long arms and most likely rock krawler. But that's just me, everyone has an idea of the best lift company. If I were to lift my jeep 2.5 to 3 inches I would get short arms and save the money for something else.

You will be fine with short arms. Look for adjustable arms, lots of companies make them. I run Teraflex and am very happy. Priority should be front lowers and rear uppers if you don't want to swap out all 8. Jump on Northridge 4x4 and check out your options or just call them and they will set you up.

I'm a little surprised you got a 4" lift kit without any new CAs... I would think some of the stock ones wouldn't fit correctly because of the added length.

Some you can adjust without removing. I recommend currie and metal cloak.
