Just to let you know if you unbolt the center and passenger bolt on the skid plate and pull down and forward on the exhaust the bolt comes right out, that is what I did when replacing mine.

front lowers and rear uppers
front lowers are the priority, but should get rear uppers to to dial in everything (like pinion angle).
make sure you get arms with johnny joints, your jeep will ride like a cadillac afterwords with all the flex.
