Default Control arm issue

So I recently had my ball joints and upper control arm bushings replaced because I was having an issue. Well I went out to pull my deer blind today and drove through a field and for shits and giggles I checked my bushings when I got home and noticed that my driver side bushing is pushed out a little again. What is causing this bushing to come out of its seat. I'm thinking something in my front suspension is bound up and forcing it out. Any insight in what to check and or how to fix this issue.
