Default Which coils TF or FT ?

I am building my own lift consisting of RE arms and tracbars and I am looking to maybe try a different coil? I hear good things about Teraflex and Fulltraction on JKs. Looking at 3" coils...I want something not too soft, but flexs very well.

Okay so I may just go RE 3.5" with a rear tracbar, lol.

I'd stick to what lift your running, they usually have everything dialed in for the lift.
