@JeepinDad

thanks for the info about the brake lines and bump stops, didnt really think about that.... if adding the taller springs will boost me up enough i might just hold off on the spacer kit and see how i like the springs first....

Very nice!! Yeah I had the steel wheels and all and a guy on here sold me his set of rubi rims and tires brand new for $1000 and then I plasti dipped them and that made such a difference to the look and stance!!

So I want to go 19/60 on the rims and am going to go with the red rubi shocks. So at that point I won't need to change or extend anything. If I do the aev 2 inch lift will those shock extensions work? And will I need to extend the brake lines? I basically want to make everything just an unbolt and swap and not have to get into changing any lines or anything.

I have the 19-59s so ill let you know my experience. With these coils I gained 2.25 inches up front and 1.75 in the rear and it sits level if measuring the pinch seam behind the front tire compared to the pinch seam in front of the back tire. Same exact measurement. I would think adding a leveling kit to an already level vehicle wouldn't look so good. Unless you have a really heavy front bumper. I think I need longer brake lines now. Atleast those extender brackets. If you added the kit on top of the new coils you definitely would want extensions for shocks and brake lines. I cut my fenders and added 35 tires and my jeep sits high enough that I have to hop in. I'm 6'1. Also I think you would need new trackbars for it to be right. Like the guy said above you would be adding around 4 inches to the jeep you have now. Look at what comes with a 4 inch kit, that's what I would feel safe with, nothing less.

Okay awesome! I think that's exactly what I need to know. I'm going to swap the springs and skip out on the spacers until I really actually go to a full lift kit down the road. I'm going to change the shocks to the rubi reds and looks into the brake extensions. I've never messed around with that which makes me wary doing that part myself. Is it easy to extend them? I'm 6'1 as well and I want my jeep to look taller than me haha

On stock shocks you won't need longer brake lines.

Yeah if you don't do both your brakes will be fine.

With cut fenders and the 19s my jeep has this much room with 35s.
