Probably should have been more specific, when I'm flexed out it rubs at full bump

What length are you running your lowers at?

Seems to be about the only way it's pushed out far enough to touch. Mine are at 23 and a hair but there's still a tiny gap when it's all stuffed up.

I'm having the same issue. Started squeaking a few weeks back. Mine is even happening during daily driving. My alighnment is spot on so not sure what the issue is. Maybe a sagging coil?

I've had this issue. I had to shorten my front lower arms a tad, just under 23". And I ground down the bolt head some with a grinder.

My front right was rubbing on the sway bar when flexed. I replaced it, and it still does it. Lower control arms is the only fix I can see for it.

might give that a try, I'm like 1/8th longer than stock I believe. But I need it where I'm at for pinion angle.

I have the Jks sector shaft brace so that makes the bolt stick out like a 1/4 inch more I think
