Default Clutch Advice

So i just dropped my manual transmission out of my 2007 sahara due to a failed TOB. Im not completely sure if the clutch and pressure plate should be replaced though it does appear so. I have 35's on with a 4 inch lift and i dont do a terrible amount of off roading although i do plan on hitting up Rausch creek next year sometime. I guess my question is this, since the transmission is down and the clutch appears to be worn down a bit, where and how much should i spend on a new clutch kit? Would a cheap luk clutch kit be enough or should i step up and get something a littme more meaty? Also does this clutch look like a good candidate for my application?

AMS Automotive RhinoPac Clutch Kit 01-046 : Amazon.com : Automotive

Thanks everyone

I would go Centerforce with the Centerforce TOB, replace flywheel with mopar.

Give us a shout for some pricing.

Having replaced a slew of clutches on many different models, always have the flywheel surfaced. (blanchard ground) Being relatively inexpensive, replace the disc and pp while you're in there AND the pilot bearing. I'm personally not a fan of spending the extra $$ on Centerforce for low revving engines but Luk is actually a great clutch and is OEM on many manufacturers.

So a LUK clutch would be a decent purchase for my application? I definitely will not doing any high revving but i would like to crawl some rocks and hit some mud every now and then for fun. I found a shop that will resurface the flywheel for 50 bucks. My budget is around 300. If anyone else would like to chime in with their experience that would be great. I had a hell of a time dropping this transmission and i dont really want to have to do it again anytime soon lol

Can't chime in on which clutch to get cause I haven't looked to hard at them. Will say if your budget is $300 and you can get a new clutch, pp, tob, and pilot bearing plus have your flywheel turned or replaced I would do it all now. The $300 is worth it to me to do it all once. Specially if you had problems/issues dropping tranny this time. Hate to get it all back together and then regret not doing clutch at same time.

Do not have any experience with Rhinopac but DO NOT put a Borg and Beck style PP in your jeep. Nor do you require any sintered iron or the like special disc. I used to run these in my race cars and that's their intent (high hp, high rpms). Not favorable for your application or for street driving really.

Luv my center force stage III. High RPMs don't always mean high speed when you crawl.
