Default Click/rattle? Noise at 57mph only

Today my jeep started making a noise at 57mph both accelerating and decelerating. I tried to get it to recreate through a full range of 0-80mph and no other speed does it. Checked underneath for anything loose. I have a feeling it is coming from the front driveshaft, but I'm looking for your opinions. I have a coast 1310 that has less than 5k miles on it. I checked for play and there's maybe a millimeter of north and south movement. I have a video of the noise but photobucket isn't cooperating.

I checked those speeds in 2wd. I drove it around in 4h and low under 30mph and didn't have any noise. Didn't try 57mph in 4h
