Ok so I wanna do the fender chop but honestly not really wanting to do this project myself mainly because I don't wanna screw it up lmao.....do y'all think I could take it to a body shop or something like that??? Flat fenders would be cool but idk just wanna try the chop if I can

Hey Sam, I know the feeling. I trimmed my fenders some, just couldn't bring myself to do the chop. I kept thinking "If I screw this up, a new fender costs $80."

I spent the next 6 months saving up for Bushwacker flat panel flares. Glad I did.....

The way to make it way less scary is to tape and map it out for a long time. Once you have the tape down it's extremely easy. It's just like cutting out something on paper.

I just did mine. It was easy. I used a dremel and cut with no problem besides getting burned a few times by hot melting plastic.

i did mine myself. very easy if you get a lil wobbly on the cut you can just block sand it smooth

as mentioned, tape it off first and take your time, you'll be fine. and, as mentioned, just sand it down once you're done
