I'm running 35' tires on my Unlimited Rubicon. I did the following to make it happen:
New wheels (you can also run stock wheels and spacers)
1.25" Rough County body lift
Rugged Ridge flat fenders (you can also chop your stock fenders)
Rear pinch seam trimmed
Front bumper chopped to stubby
I can be fully flexed (with my front swaybar disconnected) and not rub.
YMMV!
