It's easy, get some blue painters tape, mark out your cuts with the tape. Then take your fenders off and cut. You can use a dremil, saws all. I'm in WA and will do them if your too worried to do it.

just read through a few of the many, many threads already started on this. You will find plenty of pics, all the steps, all the tools, commentary on which tools worked best and why. Find the style that looks good to you, grab some tape, and go mark them off to see if that is actually how you want them cut. Easy stuff.

You should also look for threads on replacement clips, and where to order them. (pretty good bet that you will break a few while removing the flares - if you choose to remove them to cut)

From the pictures, they came out PERFECT! Nice job. I bought the Bushwacker flats. I knew that I had to roll my mods into my purchase or my wife would NEVER got for wheels, tires, lights, bumpers, winch, skid plate, and fenders AFTER buying a new Jeep. I thought if I butchered the fenders, I would not be able to get the Bushwackers.
