The chalk doesnt lie. I've heard of guys running 22.

Well it doesn't feel like the tire is going to separate from the wheels. However, I do notice the resistance when turning corners and parking. If it wears even then I could care less about the feel or the gas $$$ money. I just don't want to damage the tire or the suspension.

I ran trail grapplers on my last JK on stock wheels for a while at 25 psi and they were wearing fine. Unfortunately, you have to go to a 37 " trail grappler to get a D load rating. GJeep is right, a C or D load tire is a much better choice for the relatively light JK, and will give a better ride.

I've been running 25-26 for 12k miles or so, doing 90MPH on the freeway, without any issues.

35x12.5 R17
17x8 I believe
