Default CB Radio Mount

Here's an easy, no-holes solution to CB radio mounting if you have a full-size CB. Yes, the kids can whack their heads on it but they only did it once each before they learned to duck. It also covers up the bolt for the freedom top on the passenger side, but the radio can be removed and replaced with relative ease. I really like having a good radio and this was the only way I could get it done. Velcro cinch straps are all that hold it up. I did this in my old TJ as well and never had a problem with them working loose. The only downside is that it's easy to walk away with if you're running topless.

Yeah, same here.

Damn collegekids/crackjunkies/etc.

I dont dare leave anything even remotely removable in mine. I do in fact expect to have to have the stereo replaced at some point, if not the whole Jeep.

It has been gone through twice that i am aware of. Most likely more than that.

No - not even a little. It's easy to reach and out of the way at the same time.
