Okay, I will try and make this a short story Installed supercharger, will not take advanced timing without pinging (not going into the dealings with the supercharger as of right now it is a non issue for now) checked system for excessive back pressure, they are fine barely off of 0 psi. Then threw a P0430 code-catalyst threshold low on drivers side (had a cracked drivers side manifold when I bought it not sure how long it had been cracked). Talked to dealership service about it and told them I had a supercharger on it before they looked at it, they contacted Chrysler-it will be covered under warranty 1 time. Took it in they hooked it up, phone call to me-it has a supercharger on it? Me-yes, Them-new injectors? Me-yes, Them-flashed ecm? Me-yes. Oh well we did not realize it had all that we need to call Chrysler back. Chrysler- oh no we will not cover that, it is what caused the problem. I told them not in 2 months. Wasnt going to win so I dropped it. They did say the cats where bad though. So that is it and where I am at. Thanks everyone for looking up new and giving me some places to look at. I just may have to bite the bullet and go new. Just other things I would like to get first

An exhaust leak would throw the same code...or a bad oxygen sensor. Just don't want you to spend all that money if you don't need to. Did you check for leaks or test the voltage on the sensor? If it is your cats... You should just save and get the ripp headers since they come with cats.

It's part number 3 and there's 4 on there two on each side of the Y and I found it for 600 with the return of the core at wholesalemoparparts.com Now I went with a free flow aftermarket but I can getaway with one the downstream one does not effect the computer. Depending where you live and how your states emission tests are whether that would work for you. Each cat has precious metals in them so that why the core is worth so much.

I have a set of Manifolds that include the CAT's. I put the RIPP Headers on at about 12,000 miles. Shiiping would be a PITA.

I will be at MOAB next week.
