How will CA smog checks be affected by the installation of the 6" X 18" Magnaflow (part 12646) or the offset one that some here have installed (part 11376) ???????

If it moves or removes any cat's from their stock location it is illegal in Cali, if it doesn't, it's fine.

That's the rule, you will fail on a visual inspection if it moves the cat's or replaces them. If not, it will pass on a visual. As far as the roller's go, it will still pass as the muffler has no effect on emmisions.

Make sure you keep the CARB EO sticker that comes with it and affix it to the inside of your doorjamb.
