So a factory pitman arm, not a drop arm... an evo drag link flip kit, and a coast front DS... and I believe that should be about it, right... and my steering should be tight as a stock jeep?

No guarantees if you didn't check for loose parts with the front end on jacks...a friend of mine has your lift and has no complaints about the steering.

No flip kit...and no caster adjustment. How did they adjust your caster cuz his kit doesn't have adjustable trackbars either? That's why I think there's something loose still.

I will get it on jacks and check... should I have it running so it will turn or just in the on position... and where all should I be looking for looseness... also I checked it on the ground before and the steering shaft moves with the wheel but nothing else up to a point.. which led me to believe steering bow.. but the dealer said it was fine

And the adjusted the caster with the control arms

So you have adjustable control arms...cool. You can have someone turn the wheel while you look for play in both ends of the trackbar, the pitman arm, both ends of the draglink, and whatever else you see.

And all that has to be torqued down to a spec, correct
