I would think it would be like my Rubi bumper was. After the 8 bolts/nuts and plates are removed it came right off. You might want to take a rubber mallet and give it a couple hits on the tow hooks. Good Luck!

Try tapping on the studs you took the nuts off of. They are actually part of the tow hooks and the whole thing will come off.

Been awhile since I took mine off but pretty sure 8 is all there is. You might have to take a weighted rubber mallet and whack it to free it up from paint or whatever is holding it on.

Are you sure you removed the correct bolts, there are 12 bolts visible in there. Grab the tow hooks and wiggle it up and down and she'll break free.

Did you make sure you took off the bolts for the tow hooks?

Once you have unplugged the light (if present) and have the eight nuts off with the four brackets with two holes in each one it should come right off. The hooks themselves should be loose and free to move a little. If not then play whack-a-mole with them.

the bump rolls up off the front tow hooks, since there are holes where the hooks come throough the top of the bumper there, or just SAWZALL it all to hell and call it good

I can't locate these... Where they at? Under the plastic portion or another location?
