This is probably a stubid question, but how does the coil lift level the jeep? Are the rear coils just shorter than the front?

On the RC they are....the front lifts it about 2.5" and the rear about 2". Some have gotten about 3" in the front, but the springs will settle back down after a while.

Here's mine with the RC Coils/Shocks and some 3/4" spacers front & rear for some added height...this was taken just after the install, now the front has settled and it sits perfectly level.

Well, after endless searching I think I finally figured out what im doing...

I put a couple of 50lb weights on my stock bumper to simulate my new bumper which is coming monday or tues. With the added weight the rake is about 1.5". So im going to use a 2.5" TF spacer up front and a 1" TF spacer in back. This should level me off and give me about an inch. I still have my stock 32 tires so, if and when I go to 33's I will do the 2.5" RC coil lift.

Since im ordering the front and rear spacers separate, is there anything else I should get or will I be able to get the spacers on and go...

Also, i've been reading that an alignment may be necessary with some lifts. Will I need an allignment after adding a couple spacers??

Thanks!

Nope, on a solid axle vehicle like the Wrangler, you will only need to do a steering adjustment. There are a couple of threads that Wayoflife did in the writeups on how to do it. A simple 15mm socket and ratchet and a few minutes to adjust it yourself. I used the AEV Procal for mine.

I would also add a set of TeraFlex disconnects while your putting the spacers in. Their well worth having.

OP has a Rubicon, but I would definitely recommend those to anyone else....mine have been great.

jmat, if you need help installing, let me know. I put in my 3" BDS - it's not too hard to do.
