Can you run 37x12.50 on stock wheels

Sure - with enough lift/wheel spacers/trimming/adjusted steering stops/shop willing to mount them since the rims are narrower than 'recommended' for that tire width/etc...

Definitely! Just ensure you have spacers to move the wheel outboard to clear for steering. A 37X12.5 and a 35X12.5 are the same width. The 8 inch wide wheel is better for that width than the 10 wide. The beads will hold better when aired down.

as to the post above, i wouldn't recommend 13.5" tires on stock wheels. i don't think there would be very many tire shops willing to mount that wide of a tire on the stock wheel for liability purposes.
