Yep, it can be done, I already did the rear. Gonna do the frt when I get 38's. I have 2 perfectly good spacers in my garage, I also have adj frt lowers on though.
IMHO I would stay away from a dropped pitman arm. It does fix the problem but can cause issues with your power steering.
Dropped pitman = longer lever and more stress on stock components.
A better solution is to do a drag link flip.
