Default can i use my air horn tank and compressor to air up with?

My Jeep came with an air horn that has a small tank. I don't know what kind it is. I was wondering if any one has used theirs to air up tires? Think it would have enough pressure or burn up the compressor?

Without seeing it (post of pic if possible) I would think that the compressor/tank wouldn't be adequate to air up.

Running another line for filling up air is relatively simple, and it looks like you would be able to do it if you were able to find another outlet port on your tank.
