Can anyone identify this ski rack?

I don't run a spare on the back and I've been looking for a ski rack that I could mount without putting the spare back. I really want a rear rack but I hate the way the hitch ones stick out. I found a picture of this rack on an old post here but they seemed to be referencing it as the rack Mopar sells... but I am 90% sure this isn't that rack because the top bar looks higher and I thought those mounted to the actual spare... But maybe I'm wrong.
Anyone know who makes this rack?

Closely resembles this Whispbar WB300 Snow Mount rack system which has been altered to work on the Jeep's spare tire carrier.
