Here's a video that TeraFlex put together on the 2012 front driveshaft/exhaust issue.

Solving the clearance issue with the drive shaft boot is very easy and cheap teraflex exhaust spacers and a couple washers under the skid thats not the main problem, With the 2012 the engine is tilted so far back it makes the angle at the transfer case and front drive shaft pinch the cv joint boot which will lead to water and what not getting in there. It almost pinches the boot on flat ground not even flexing.
Mine does not rub on the tranny exhaust or the skid but like i said above the cv joint is the problem. I ordered a drive shaft will be here friday. I am not taking a chance at ripping the boot and have the cv joint explode or whatever might happen maybe nothing.

I have a Rough Country 2.5 Series II Kit. I called them and their tech told me they tested it and as long as I am not over 2.5" there was no issue. I don't know what direction I should go in. Why the difference of opinion?

Just got off the phone with Terra Flex and they state if using the stock shocks (budget boost spacer kit) you DO NOT need the exhaust spacers. Only if you are getting a lift with new shocks. Anyone hear different?
