Default Quick question on cam bolt fix

I just noticed that the guys who pu my lift put in cam bolts. What is the best way to fix this if I want to put in control arms?

They need to take them out and weld some heavy washers over the slots to make them into holes again.
I'll take some pics of mine and post them if you'd like.
