If I was the "bosses boss" I would'nt be sending that jackass to a personality class, I'd be sending him to the unemployment line. The economy is bad enough as it is, I don't know how he can afford to have someone with an anti-customer service attitude running his shop. What a horror story.

go to rock krawlers website and buy their dana 30(or 44) lower control arm mounting brackets. YES you can use cam bolts and adj lower control arms but it does defeat teh purpose of the arms. AND the JK's mounting brackets are VERY VERY weak to begin with if you plan on big rocks. Believe me it was money well spent on the adl lower control arms and mounting brackets. Besides if you are going to weld a washer onto your brackets I assume you can weld new brackets on instead, good luck

Default Omg cam bolts !!!!

Ok it seems that Cam BoltS are bad news , but honestly how many of us has had really any problem with them unless your jumping off a cliff . I used to drag race and do road cource and the only way to trully get the vehicle into spec was with cam bolts. I have used them in many vehicles that I will abuse much more than a jeep and never had a problem . sorry for the run on sentence but I like that. .

Ok or not, mechanics should not install parts on your vehicle without your permission. There is a good reason why cam bolts aren't installed on Jeeps. In the future, if the alignment is where you want it, weld the cams in place and you won't have to worry about them moving. Glad to hear they remedied the situation for you though.

Thanks everyone. It is a horror story But I have to say that the worst part was dealing with the manager of that store-omg- Would not help anyone out and was only nice if you had a 60,000$ rig in there and would talk to him, other than that he is a prick. Never ever go there again.

You guys helped me out more than you think
Thanks everyone

4WPW is beyond worthless when it comes to alignments or technical issues. I didn't have the exact same issue, but they totally screwed up my alignment on my long arm kit. They tried to adjust my rear thrust angle by lengthening ONLY the right lower control arm and not the upper. They basically bound my suspension up. If i had not caught it, I'm sure eventually my axle tube would have ripped from the stress.

DON'T use 4WPW for technical issues!
