Also, report them to the BBB. It'll be a black mark for them, may not do any good for , but it'll let em know your pissed about their work. The BBB is supposed to follow up on claims, so they'll be calling them.

Or I could just E-mail them this thread.
I'm just going to cut my losses and take this as a lesson.
I'm my own shop for now on. No more letting others work on the jeep, it's now all me, I'm starting to enjoy it anyways.
I know I said this like 5 times but thank you all for your help.

when it is all said and done, the only person that really cares about your jeep is you. if you do the work yourself you know it was done right.

Talked to Coreys boss, the bosses boss, and he says to to bring it in and they will weld some washers on there, install my adjustable control arms and re aline it.
Pretty sweet
Still mad but happy
We'll see how it goes.

I hear ya . . . but you really had the right attitude in your previous post. If he's not gonna fix it after you explained the situation you're only gonna raise your blood. Chalk it up as experience and get under your Jeep and enjoy yourself, I promise you'll feel better resolving this on your own.

Like I mentioned earlier, I originally used cam bolts and slotted the brackets to do so. I switched back to the original bolts when I installed the adjustable lower arms and never welded the brackets back. Since then, I have wheeled on some double black diamonds and I regularly mess around under the Jeep. It's been fine and its been over a year. Your call.

BTW, I have a mig and tig welder at home so if I thought I needed to weld it, I would have, but I figure it's only gonna move around if it gets loose and if it gets loose it's gonna move around and it'll need to be tightened.

I was thinking, for 4WD's end, they would not have much work on their hands to have a happy customer vs a seriously POed customer. Why wouldn't they just weld a couple of washers on. I guess the boss' boss saw the bigger picture.

Happy to hear it for you.
